It was election day in the Grammar School! Grammar School students learned about the importance of voting during chapel. Then, each student participated in the democratic process by officially casting their vote. They voted on three topics.
- What is your favorite snack? (popcorn or goldfish)
- What is your favorite place for recess? (playground or gym)
- Who do you want to be President of the United States of America? (Kamal Harris or Donald Trump)
The ballots were officially counted and the results certified. The winning votes were for popcorn, the gym & Donald Trump. Students received I VOTED stickers.
First grade learned all about our election process and how voting works during this presidential election year. Thank you to Natalie Reinke for the bonus red, white, and blue jello snacks!
Thank you to everyone who came out for Dodge for DC. We had an amazing turnout and tons of fun! Thank you for supporting the 8th grade class!

Let me ask you to consider joining with them to collectively double or even triple this total so that our fine arts programs will have all the resources they need to train up our students to glorify God through drama, visual art, and music skillfully and beautifully. Please consider giving to support KPA's Fine Arts!

On Wednesday, October 23, the 10th grade Chemistry students celebrated Mole Day. Mole Day is celebrated annually on October 23 from 6:02 a.m. to 6:02 p.m., Mole Day commemorates Avogadro's Number (6.02 x 10²³), which is a basic measuring unit in chemistry. Mole Day was created to foster interest in Chemistry, and schools throughout the United States and around the world celebrate Mole Day with various activities related to Chemistry and/or moles. Our students celebrated by participating in “Mole Olympics,” which involved racing to measure moles of various substances and writing their names with chalk to determine the number of moles and particles needed to write their names. They also had fun “mole” snacks including, le-mole-nade, guaca-mole, and tootsie moles!
